Je nach Thema und Anforderung geschieht dies unter Beteiligung von Mitgliedern sowie Organisationen aus dem In- und Ausland in unterschiedlichen Rollen. MIND4MACHINES

Project Goal

MIND4MACHINES aims to facilitate cross-border and cross-sectoral collaboration and to provide direct support for entrepreneurship and innovation in “smart ICT technologies for manufacturing industry”, particularly covering the entire digitalisation value chain, from IoT (hardware, software, services and connectivity) to Big Data, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain and Cybersecurity technologies. Thus, the project aims to create accelerate the market up-take of solutions for deep transformation of energy/resource intensive industries into sustainable, climate neutral and intelligent manufacturing, within the context of the European Green Deal.

Services

The general purpose of MIND4MACHINES is to facilitate the cross-sectoral and cross-border support needed by manufacturing SMEs to validate and adopt cross-cutting digital technologies provided by ICT SMEs and startups, particularly by addressing holistically the entire digitalisation value chain, combining manufacturing and novel, disruptive solutions in ICT(hardware, software, services and connectivity, Big Data, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, IoT and Cybersecurity).

This will be done in a systemic approach which will

  • foster the ecosystem creation and reinforcement in targeted European regions
  • promote cross-sectoral and cross-border open collaboration
  • provide direct financial and technical support and
  • offer capacity building programmes.

The project will replicate and disseminate its activities across the EU, with an initial focus on the regions represented by the partners in the consortium and aiming at delivering a large-scale demonstrator support after co-creating together with the stakeholders the strategic common vision.

SoTecIn Factory

Project Goal

SoTecIn Factory is a collaborative environment aimed at improving the resilience and sustainability of European industry by supporting a community of mission-oriented social innovators and connecting them to technology providers and industrial companies.

 

Services

  • Build the SoTecIn Factory community, responsible for formulating value chain-related missions.
  • Identify critical sustainability problems and real-life challenges of industrial companies in the 7 key product value chains.
  • Provide financial support and capacity-building, as well as pre-market demonstration support for social innovation ideas.
  • Build regional Stewardship Councils for governance of selected social innovations.

reSTART SMEs

Project Goal

reSTART SMEs is an initiative promoted by the European Commission to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic and thus economic downturn. The project aims to build resilience of manufacturing SMEs in automotive, machinery & equipment, food and textile by analyzing their digitalization needs and offering concrete tools to adopt modern technologies such as AI, robotics, cybersecurity & IoT.

The project goal is to match technology providers, traditional manufacturers and supportive organisations to build meaningful connections and together transition to Industry 5.0.

DT4 Regions

Project Goal

DT4REGIONS is a European Parliament Preparatory Action supported with European Funds. Its aim is the creation of a European Platform for Regions to enable AI and Big Data collective solutions. It is a unique challenge-based innovation platform for the development of tools and services of public interest. At the same time, its goal is to enhance public administration efficiency and effectiveness in user-centric services.

  • Raising awareness and knowledge about AI and big data applications for public services within the public administrations and the regional ecosystem
  • Stimulating peer to peer knowledge sharing among regions
  • Capacity building programme on Artificial Intelligence and Big Data
  • Serving as a hub of a wide variety of data-related topics, such as open data, smart cities, digital skills
  • Fostering innovation through practical exercises, including two hackathons, based on the concrete needs of public administrations and citizens.

CloudCamp4SMEs

CloudCamp4SMEs – Empowering the digital transformation of European SMEs

CloudCamp4SMEs trägt dazu bei, dass kleine und mittelständische Unternehmen die digitale Transformation meistern, indem sie Zugang zu qualitativ hochwertigen Trainings rund um Cloud Technologien und -Lösungen erhalten.

 

Zielsetzung

Das Projekt-Konsortium wird ein Cloud-Schulungsprogramm aufbauen, das individuell auf die Bedürfnisse europäischer Unternehmen zugeschnitten ist, um Potentiale von Cloud-Plattformen und -Technologien zu verstehen und anwenden zu können. Ziel ist es, mithilfe des vermittelten Wissens die digitale Transformation der Unternehmen voranzutreiben, indem sie neue cloudbasierte Produkte bzw. Dienste entwickeln und dabei Schlüsseltechnologien wie KI, maschinelles Lernen, Datenanalyse, IoT anwenden.

 

Zielgruppe

CloudCamp4SMEs richtet sich an folgende Hauptzielgruppen:.

  • Alle KMU, die sich auf dem Weg zur digitalen Transformation befinden und die:
  1. viele Daten durch die Bereitstellung ihres Produkt oder ihrer Dienstleistung sammeln 
  2. innerhalb ihrer Wertschöpfungskette einen hohen Anteil an Informationstechnologie und Cloud-Lösungen nutzen
  • Start-ups, die neue Produkte oder Dienstleistungen unter Verwendung von Cloud-Technologien auf den Markt bringen
  • Schulungsanbieter, die vom CloudCamp4SMEs-Programm lernen oder es selbst übernehmen möchten

 

Services

Es werden drei verschiedene Lernpfade entwickelt, die entsprechend des Vorwissens und der Rolle im Unternehmen für Manager*innen und Entscheider*innen, Fachkräfte sowie Softwareentwicklung bestimmt sind. Die Kursinhalten befassen sich mit Themen wie Cloud Essentials, Data Analytics, ITIL, Cyber Security etc..

 

Partner

Das Konsortium besteht aus insgesamt 13 Partnern, die sich als Schulungsanbieter

(FastLane (DE, PL, ES), Convision (DK), Adecco Training und Modis Consulting (IT), oder Unternehmensberatungen (Confindustria Emilia-Romagna Ricerca und  Unindustria Lazio (IT), AFM und INVEMA (ES), CABI (DK), BWCON (DE), ZPP (PL)) verstehen. Die Partner werden unterstützt von Amazon Web Services als Cloud-Anbieter und in beratender Funktion von Schumann Associates (BEL). Die Projektkoordination liegt bei FundingBox (ES).

Megastrat

bwcon Ansprechperson: Janina Belke

Im MegaStrat Projekt entwickeln europäische Bildungsanbieter und Hochschulen unter der Leitung der bwcon einen Lehrgang für kleine und mittelständische Unternehmen. Das Lernziel besteht darin, Megatrends zu verstehen und für die Strategieentwicklung zu nutzen.

 

Zielsetzung

Das Projektziel ist die Entwicklung eines berufsbegleitenden Lehrgangs. Hierzu gehören die Ausarbeitung des Curriculum sowie die Erstellung von online Trainings, die jederzeit abrufbar sind. Kleinen und mittelständischen Unternehmen soll darüber vermittelt werden, wie sie ihre strategische Ausrichtung kontinuierlich anpassen, indem sie sich an zukünftigen Megatrends orientieren und neue Geschäftsfelder identifizieren. 

 

Zielgruppe

Die Hauptzielgruppe des Projekts sind Menschen in kleinen und mittelständischen Unternehmen, vor allem aus den Branchen Produktion und Mobilität, die in ihrem Unternehmen für die Strategieentwicklung (mit)verantwortlich sind. 

Sekundäre Zielgruppe sind Bildungsanbieter, Hochschulen sowie Innovation Hubs, die die entwickelten Materialien für ihre Lehrgänge und Seminare nutzen.
